The home is built on three levels. It has three bedrooms, open-plan kitchen and living area,  rear entry/laundry combined, one bathroom, separate toilet, small utility room, a sunroom and front and rear verandahs.

The kitchen/living area features exposed beams overhead, river rock and rendered wall finishes, jarrah and sheoak cabinets and jarrah timber flooring.

Appliances include wood stove with wet sleeve for hot water, reverse cycle air-conditioning and a gas oven/range-top.

Laundry entry, back door

The laundry is located  between the back door and the kitchen; with included front-loading washing machine, wash trough and small freezer; from this room you access the bathroom, separate toilet and a walk-in pantry/linen-press. The floors in these areas are tiled in slate. There are good garden views.
